 Terms, Rules and Disclaimers for Rebates

• *  All Texas Apt Locators is a free on-line apartment locator service owned and operated by
•     Texas licensed real estate agents. All Texas Apt Locators is in compliance with all
•     applicable fair housing laws.
• *  All Texas Apt Locators must be listed on the guest card when visiting each property.
• *  All Texas Apt  Locators must be listed as your rental agency on your lease application.
• *  Rebate Form must be completed prior to move-in.
• *  Lease term must be 6 months or longer, at a property paying a minimum 50% locator
•     commission.
  *  This commission does not affect your rental rate or any specials you receive.
• *  If you have previously lived in the community or transfer to a related property you may not
•     qualify for a rebate.
• *  Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate ALL Texas Apt  Locators,
•     the rebate will be void.
• *  Rebate amount varies depending on sliding scale:
  • $400-$500, you get $50 back
  • $501-$750, you get $75 back
  • $751-$1200, you get $100 back
  • $1201-$1500, you get $150 back
  • $1501 -$200, you get back.
  *  Rebate will typically be sent within 30-60 days after move-in or depending on payment   
•     from the property.
• *  There will be only one rebate per apartment lease.
